Did you know that honey is produced on the roof of Mathallen? 🐝
In the middle of Oslo, on the roof between Mathallen and Dansens Hus, the bees are busy. Throughout the summer, they collect nectar from, among other things, linden trees, chestnuts and dandelions, and the result is a very special Oslo honey 🍯
You can buy the locally sourced honey at @guttapåhaugen in Mathallen.
