Året kokk 2017 (Chef of the year)
Tuesday September 12th the finals of Årets kokk 2017 (Chef of the year) will take place in Mathallen. The winner of the contest will represent Norway in Bocuse d’Or Europe in Turin in 2018, and in the Bocuse d’Or in Lyon in January 2019.
To judge the five finalists, Bocuse d’Or Norway has put together a star team consisting of 12 judges. Read more about the judges here.

10.00: The competition begins
12.00: Ganefryd jury judges Ganefryder
15:00: First seafood dish is presented to the taste jury
16.00: First meat dish presented for the taste jury
18.00: Ceremony and prize-giving ceremony
19.00: Event end
19.00-03.00: Dinner and afterparty
Tickets: Access to Mathallen is free, and Mathallen’s shops and eateries are ready to offer you good food and drinks throughout the day.
Tribune: Access to the tribune is free.
