Doug’s Hamburgers

Doug’s Hamburgers is a new concept which is focused on bringing the old school American diner experience to Mathallen.

The menu features classic burgers, hot dogs, shakes and home made fries, alongside friendly service and weekly breakfast specials such as buttermilk pancakes and bottomless coffee. The hamburgers are made to order, using a secret blend of premium dry aged beef cuts from Anni’s Pølsemakeri and in the style of Oklahoma burgers, with caramelised onions and steamed potato rolls. Fried chicken will also feature on the menu for those wanting something different. A selection of craft beer and bourbon are also available.
