

At Paradis Gelateria you can enjoy fresh, homemade Italian ice cream (gelato in Italian). Our gelati, sorbetti and ice cream cakes are quite addictive, but they are also healthy!
Our goal is to offer exceptional quality by using ingredients carefully selected from different places around the world: the hazelnuts are from Piedmont, the pistachios are from Bronte at the foot of Etna, the chocolate consists of an exclusive Italian selection and of course we only use Norwegian strawberries. And since all our gelati and sorbetti are freshly made in the shop every day, you will always get a fresh and irresistible taste.
We follow Italian tradition and our gelato is made from 90% milk, unlike cream ice cream which is made from a 50/50 mix of milk and cream. In addition, cream ice cream contains as much as 60% air, while gelato has only 34% air. These differences give gelato a smoother and creamier texture and a richer, fuller flavor than traditional ice cream.
