At Via Italia we’re devoted to quality ecological foods from Italy. We source many of our products from proud, small-scale producers in the region of Alta Tuscia: The prize-winning pancetta of Serpepe Bio, Valentini’s tomato sauces, cakes from Freschi di Forno and pasta from Fornovecchino – to mention a few.
We make our own fresh pasta every day, to be taken home or enjoyed at Mathallen with one of our delicious sauces.
We’re passionate about good food and our products will result in simple, tasty and wholesome meals suitable for all occasions!
