INGREDIENTS

500 g minced meat
2 spring onions
1 tablespoons of salt
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 egg
1 tsp white pepper
2 packages wonton pastry (can be purchased at Hongs Bao Bao)
Dried seaweed to taste

PREPARATION

Mix everything well in a bowl.

Place some of the mixture in the wonton pastry, add a little water around the edge and press well.

Bring water to a boil and carefully place the finished wontons in the water, stirring gently. When they float to the top, they are ready.

Place salt and pepper, light soy sauce, spring onions and seaweed in a bowl.

Add hot water from the boil or, if you wish, broth or stock, and place the wontons in the bowl.

Garnish with a little salad and a little sesame oil to taste.
