Dog kennel for your dog
At Vulkan you can safely place your dog in our dog kennels while you stop by the store to shop, grab a coffee or a snack. The dog kennels have been thoroughly tested and developed in consultation with experts and veterinarians and most dogs quickly find their way around. The dog kennels are located right outside Mathallen and can be used for up to 1 hour at a time.
About the dog den
Lildog hotel has been developed by experienced dog owners, in consultation with veterinarians, Norwegian kennels, dog psychologists and other dog experts from both public and private institutions. It is designed as a "nest", and makes the dogs (which are nesting animals) calm. It is possible for the dog to peek out through air slots in the door, but it is not possible for children to stick their fingers inside the Lildog hotel.
Lildog hotel is equipped with air conditioning, so when it is in use, the system will automatically turn on when the temperature exceeds 21 degrees. When it is cold outside, the underfloor heating will turn on in the right half of the floor.
After each dog visit, a UVC light is turned on to disinfect the entire dog den.
Unlock with app
The dog shelter is easiest to operate with the Lildog Hotel App. It can be easily downloaded on Google Play and AppStore and is easy to use. Here you can either choose to pay per visit or choose a monthly subscription if you want to use the dog shelter more than once.
Getting used to it
Most dogs thrive in this type of cage, but some dogs may need some getting used to. The dog houses are easy to use, but it is common to spend a few minutes the first few times training, and to make sure this is a positive experience for the dog. Feel free to put treats or familiar objects in the dog house, and check on it often at first.
