Culinary Academy's chefs will teach you how to easily prepare the perfect steak, while enjoying refreshing beer.
There will be a demonstration where we explain the difference between different cuts of beef and cooking methods. You will learn about four different cuts that can be purchased in the store, Côte de Boeuf, sirloin, sirloin and sirloin.
After the demonstration, you will cook your own meat and make different sauces that go perfectly with it. This will be tasted along the way, with suitable garnishes that the chefs have prepared. The food will be tasted throughout the course and everyone will eat what they have made themselves.
