This evening you will learn about French food and wine pairing. This will be a restaurant experience unlike anything you have experienced before.

You will be served delicious classic French dishes with exciting flavor combinations and great French wines. In the kitchen, the chefs from the Culinary Academy conjure up great dishes based on fresh and delicious seasonal ingredients.

This evening you won't be cooking, the focus is on learning about different flavor combinations. You can sit back and enjoy what is served, and let the chefs and sommelier's dedication rub off on you.
