In this course we work with ingredients and techniques central to French cuisine - such as confit, brunoise, sauce gastrique, as well as steaming, pan-frying and caramelizing to name a few. With respect for the best ingredients and good craftsmanship, it is with good reason that French cuisine is one of the classic world cuisines.

This will be a restaurant experience unlike anything you have experienced before and you will be served delicious classic Italian dishes with exciting flavor combinations and great Italian wines.

On March 14–15, Bach'eri will be coming to Mathallen with a stand full of tempting cakes! All of the baked goods are both gluten-free and lactose-free, so stop by for something sweet and delicious!
