April 4-6, Italy will take over Mathallen, so if you love Italian food, you should definitely stop by.

On the occasion of Italian Days, several exciting food experiences will be organized. Our actors with a heart in and for Italy will present their best ingredients, flavors and recipes for young and old. Through their love for Italian food and atmosphere, they will give guests an Italian total experience out of the ordinary.

The days will offer everything from an Italian festive dinner to tastings, competitions and, not least, delicious Italian food and drinks!

Mexican tacos

Tacos are a dish that can be varied endlessly once you have control over the main ingredients. Kulinarisk Akademi's chefs will teach you how to easily make homemade tacos from scratch, without any pre-made products.

This will be a restaurant experience unlike anything you have experienced before and you will be served delicious classic French dishes with exciting flavor combinations and great French wines.

The popular course "Streetfood" has been a huge success at Kulinarisk Akademi since its inception. To give previous participants the opportunity to learn even more about this exciting style of food, they have now developed a new course with completely new dishes.
