The course is a participatory cooking course where you will be guided through several dishes without meat and fish. Together with chefs from the Culinary Academy, you will create filling dishes and you will receive tips on alternative sources of nutrition.
The course focuses on eating less meat and fish in everyday life, but there will be both eggs and dairy products used in this course. We use inspiration from several parts of the world.
