Street Food course in english

This is a cooking course where you are guided through several dishes and the theoretical principles of the increasingly trendy Street Food.
You will take part in cooking all the dishes on the menu for the evening; steam buns with deep fried chicken (China / Taiwan), Pibil taco (Mexico), Lamb with Yoghurt (Turkey), Ceviche leche de Tigre (Peru), Gyoza with pork (Japan) and last but not least churros (Spain) for dessert. Small changes in the menu might occur.
The participants will eat the dishes throughout the course, and everyone eats what they have made themselves.
Course fee covers the following:
Raw materials during the course
Participating cooking course (3-4 hours)
Loan of apron
Equipment during the course

 We recommend all participants to wear comfortable shoes and clothes you would have used in your home kitchen.

Note: As Ingrid Espelid, we have also cheated a bit in advance with the cooking techniques that take the longest time, but our chefs will go through all the processes during the course. This way, we will have more time to do all the fun bits together.
