Mont d'Or from Galopin
March 19nd, 2020
Now you can buy the last Mont d'Or of the year at Galopin. Wondering how to prepare this delicacy? This is so easy that anyone can do it:
Place a clove of garlic inside the cheese and pour in a drop of white wine (preferably from Jura) before placing it in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil potatoes.
When the crust starts to get a little crispy, the Mont d'Or is ready.
Serve it on the boiled potatoes.
Voila, a simple and delicious dinner for 2 people!
