We are happy to welcome two new and exciting eateries in Mathallen. With these two, we expand the geographic repertoire in Mathallen and can welcome you to both Portuguese and Hungarian Food!

Bistro Budapest

Bistro Budapest is Norway’s only Hungarian food concept, a small eatery offering the best flavors from Hungary and the region around, based on the best available seasonal ingredients.

In some of their dishes they use mangalica, an old long-haired pigtail with ancestors from the Hungarian-Austrian empire. This is a free-range breed that tastes amazing.

At Bistro Budapest you can enjoy a small taste of Hungary or eat a full meal together with specially selected wine from the amazing Hungarian wine regions. The conditor offers cakes like the famous Dobo torta, often served with heavenly drops from the hills of Tokaj.

Andorinha

Andorinha is Mathallen’s very own Portuguese corner. We offer a variety of Portuguese food, cakes and wine.

Stop by and enjoy a Pastel de Nata and a glass of wine or choose something off our daily menu.
