Top marks to Breddo's Tacos

Mathias Steinbru is a writer and restaurant reviewer for VG and recently tried the food at Breddos Tacos here in Mathallen. And there was no doubt that he liked what he was served!

The restaurant is called "a revelation of a taco restaurant" and after tasting his way through a number of tasty dishes, he rolls a six on the dice and concludes as follows:

"There is enthusiasm bubbling in this kitchen. It is an approach to raw materials that we have only seen at Kontrast, Credo and Maaemo until now. It is a deep dive into tradition and technique that does not get lost in fixed lines of thought, but is interspersed with techniques learned in Thailand. Nud Dudham's Breddos brings something completely new to Oslo."
