Join the chefs of Kulinarisk Akademi for a hands-on lunch experience and learn to prepare two traditional Norwegian dishes.
This two-hour class blends cooking and storytelling, offering a taste of Norway’s food history and culinary traditions. You will participate in classic Norwegian cooking and learn the traditional teqnicues incolving the preparation of Norwegian salmon, one of Norway’s most iconic dishes.
Participants receive recipes and background on the dishes, along with an apron.
