Join the chefs of Kulinarisk Akademi for a hands-on cooking experience and learn to make a traditional Norwegian fish soup.
This 90-minute class begins with the story behind one of Norway’s most beloved dishes, before we cook the soup together and sit down to enjoy it. Fish soup has deep roots along the Norwegian coast and remains a symbol of our connection to the sea.
Participants receive a small booklet with recipes and the history of Norwegian fish soup, along with an apron.
